The IALHA is the official (in real-life, too) registry for both Andalusians and Lusitanos.
The abbreviation stands for:
International
Andalusian
Lusitano
Horse
Association
Here you can register your Andalusians and Lusitanos. Please keep in mind this is not the real registry, this is a sims based site where simmers can register their horses.
You can also register your Part-Bred Andalusians here and Spanish-Norman Horses, which are a cross between an Andalusian and Percheron. Spanish-Norman Horses may also be dual registered as Part-Bred Andalusians with the IALHA.
